FOLLOW FOUR STEPS

  1. STEP2: AFTER SIGN-UP CANVAS:Modify/Correct your account if necessary (see picture below: Full Name, Display Name, Sortable Name). Do not use your name/surname, nicknames or email addresses. Change accordingly to the picture below.

    1. Full Name as YourID

    2. Display Name as YourID

    3. Sortable Name as YourID (This name appears in sorted list. Be sure that it is in correct form.)

    4. Name[SPACE]YourIDSurname pattern will also be accepted: Ad 123456789Soyad

If your Full/Display/Sortable Name pattern(s) is not appropriate, your Canvas account

for PHY101_2021-2022_SPRING might be deactivated.



  1. STEP3: LABORATORY EXEMPTION. If your previous laboratory grade is greater than 59, you should make a petition (preferably with your hand writing, see picture below) to the instructor. (Update: Due to pandemic: Download doc (en or tr) file and send it to me via e-mail).

    IMPORTANT: There should be a “signature”.

    IMPORTANT: There must be an attachedScreenshot from UBYS”. Your name and grade must clearly be seen.
